Hi Rosa,
Thanks for the reminder! I am painfully aware that energetic leadership has been missing in my office lately. For some reason I've been avoiding it. Starting Monday I'm going to leverage the energies of others to spread it out to the rest of the team. I'm also going to spend more time focusing on developing areas of excellence instead of focusing on the things that drain my energy. Wish me luck & thanks again!
