Glad to hear the RFL at JJL got you on a roll.
"Shift is liberating. Most of us say “I have to” quite a bit, when in fact there is very little that we have to do; free choice runs rampant in our daily lives. What we have to do, is stop holding ourselves back. We need to eliminate our excuses."
I'm taking this one away to chew on. I want to consider just where and how I'm holding myself back. I need to look carefully at my thinking processes and separate planning from excusing.

Chris RFL will ALWAYS get me on a roll, however you added some fun spice to it this month for us - mahalo!
I read an interview Donna Cutting had given recently, in which she talked about purposely getting uncomfortable at times to accomplish more; that struck me as a great way to separate planning from excusing - definitely will be giving it a try too.
