Amen, preach it sister! In Australia now, customer service and systems excellence has been buried in the 1990s. The 21st century service motto seems to be "Take it or leave it". I applaud it every time I see a manager actually mentoring or otherwise developing someone.

Can't you come to Australia and change our corporate landscape. Please?
