Paul Hawken wrote a book called Growing a Business it was the first business books I ever read.

Rosa, this is a good quote. It reminds us that all business is performed by real people. The process and the technology should enable that personal interaction, not get in the way.

I have the book by co-founder Dave Smith in my stack to read, per the recommendation of Chris Bailey; it's called To Be of Use, The Seven Seeds of Meaningful Work - sounds like a true ho'ohana kind of book!
