Rosa - I couldn't agree more with you. Defining what your personal intention is (to learn, to read, to build community, to develop community, winning friends, influencing people, whatever it is) helps focus your attention on that which contributes to manifesting your intentions.
That being said, I've felt more than my share of guilt recently too. Thanks for reminding me that while it's okay to feel some guilt, it shouldn't rule/ruin my life. I'll get help as you do, from RSS and from using my folders on Bloglines.

Rosa,
I agree with you 100% about guilt. To be honest, I can't think of any circumstance where feeling guilt is appropriate. Remorse, yes. Regret, yes. But never guilt.
There are very few emotions which are completely negative, in the sense that it's impossible to think of a circumstance where any good can come from indulging them. Jealousy is one. Hatred is another. And guilt is a third.
The only correct way to respond to feelings of guilt is to ignore them.
