I felt I needed to add a counterpoint to the breaking-away-from-the-mothership story.
It's very much like the way adventurous young people seek their fortunes in the big cities and usually return to a smaller venue to enjoy life as a player in a smaller and more manageable tournament ground.
We learn a lot in big corporations, but we get to use that knowledge in our own companies, if we leave in time.
Now that the heavy lifting is done, I'll be back to visit more frequently.
