Aloha mai kākou,
In referring me to others, my customers will advise their friends, “I hope you love reading, for Rosa loves to write.” They are right; I do.
Within my passion for sharing the written word (a coaching concept I call the MWA Language of Intention™) I publish three different blogs within the Ho‘ohana Publishing family, all which are updated several times a week. In addition, I am frequently hired to write on the values of aloha, on the learning process, and on management and leadership. Added altogether, my articles now number in the thousands.
The following index is one I have put together as a resource:
~ for the managers participating in my workshops and coaching programs in the belief they both manage and lead. In today’s digital world, online links are often much easier to access than email attachments.
~ as an extended listing of possible speaking topics, for personally engaging with groups of managers is what I thoroughly enjoy and thrive on: I believe that managers matter, and I am committed to helping them.
I hope you find this to be a useful resource as well.
I start this index with a short list called Get to Know Me for those who are newly arriving, and another called Managing with Aloha for those who have not yet read my book, core to so much of my coaching philosophies and my mission for work reconstruction. Thereafter the index is alphabetical by SLC Keyword. My goal is to keep each section concise to 5-7 bests, and therefore, this will be a continual work in progress.
I also welcome your feedback and ask for your help, as I am starting this index my fourth year into publishing online: If you have read one of my articles and think it should be here to help others too, please jump to the comments below and tell us your reading-to-learn story! You will be helping me greatly, by calling my attention to archives needing updating, and with keeping my articles useful and relevant.
Mahalo for reading; readers are leaders!
