About Us

Say Leadership Coaching is a mentoring, coaching and training firm. Our customers are business managers and leaders. We believe that management and leadership are separate yet complementary disciplines, and we coach and train individuals who have found their calling in one or both. Our company motto is "Ho'ohana with us: our passion is Managing with Aloha" for we are dedicated to bringing Aloha and nobility to management in a time where leadership alone has become the buzzword of our generation. We believe that a business can only be successful with both disciplines, and when they work in a collaborative rhythm focused on three compass points: being mission-driven, values-centered, and customer-responsive. The fourth compass point is about you and your individual growth.

In addition, we believe that all businesses have a responsibility to community: they must understand their sense of place. Therefore we promote culturally-sensitive work process and practice, and we teach, coach, and operate Say Leadership Coaching by managing with Aloha (the outpouring and receiving of spirit, and value of unconditional love), the hallmark of our own culture.
