April, you are reading my mind! We do have amazing richness in the Ho'ohana Community, and with our next value (February's value will be Kuleana, the Hawaiian value of responsibility) I will talk about a small experiment that is specifically aimed at tapping into that richness. Be sure to click back in tomorrow morning!

What a great theme for the month. You write with such passion. I love the idea of a value of the month. Responsibility and accountability are huge. I can't wait to read more. Your enthusiasm leaps off the screen.

Rosa Say

Mahalo Rocky! My enthusiasm is fed by our community - all of you keep me going.

Yes, responsibility and accountability ARE huge. Studies have shown that responsibility is one of the most universally held value across ethnicities and cultures, only second to love - aloha :)
