Class Description: A 2-hour interactive session on how the Hawaiian values of Aloha and Ho'okipa define the true art of exceptional customer service.
Your total booking window will be two and a half hours:
We recommend that the class be done for employees and their managers together: Each engagement will include a 20-minute debrief for the managers who attend. Rosa will coach them on how they can best follow-through, coaching their staff so that the training "sticks."
Class Size: A minimum of 12 and maximum of 24 participants per session.
Cost per Class: $95.00 inclusive per person
A Gift with each Reservation: The Managing with Aloha textbook is not required for the class. However 6 autographed copies will be your gift with each confirmed reservation. Additional copies may be purchased at the special price of $18.75 per copy, a 25% discount off retail price.
